Jason Goldberg
Business and Executive Coach
Jason Goldberg is the Managing Principal of Elevate Business Solutions, LLC where he serves as a business advisor and executive coach to small and mid-sized enterprises. With his prior experience leading large and complex organizations, Jason has developed expertise in Strategic and Growth Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, and Performance Improvement & Optimization.
Jason attained his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
Following his undergraduate studies, Jason joined Delta Air Lines as an airframe structures engineer. He went on to lead multiple engineering and planning divisions within the Technical Operations – Maintenance Services Division.
Following a successful career at Delta Air Lines, Jason joined Ingersoll Rand within the Club Car Business Unit as a member of the executive leadership team. During his tenure, he led Corporate Strategy & Product Development, Global Parts Distribution & Services, and finally led Global Marketing & Product Management.
Following his tenure at Ingersoll Rand, Jason served as President of Greg Norman Media where he launched and led an entertainment technology startup. In partnership with Verizon Media, Greg Norman Media focused on streaming curated content, digital out of home advertising, and robust analytics within the Golf Industry. In addition to his industry experience, Jason holds certifications from FocalPoint International in business coaching, executive coaching, and DISC behavioral and communication assessments.
Additionally, he has attained certification in strategic planning facilitation from Leadscape Learning. During his professional career, Jason has had the opportunity to work and travel extensively across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
Jason leverages his global and professional experiences within both the public and private sector to serve the clients of Elevate Business Solutions. Jason and his wife, Susan, reside in Augusta, Georgia with their two children (Ben and Morgan). The family is very active in their community and also travels extensively for sporting activities.
